This location is so hit and miss, but lately it’s just been a miss. Staff that obviously don’t care as the restaurant is always dirty, the rice undercooked, guacamole browning, and cross contamination of random bits of food in the condiments. On my last visit, I had to ask the cashier to change her gloves after working the register before digging into the shredded cheese to finish my partners’ burrito bowl.

When I walked in there were 7 employees all standing around. Not a single customer in the store. A woman walked over. I said to start I need a kids nachos. She grabbed a large container. After the first ingredient I confirmed if that was the kids size. A gentleman next to her said no it’s not and proceeded to take over. After that I moved on to my burrito, again the same woman helped me. I watched her roll it up as the gentleman rang in my order. At this point it was a struggle and I just wanted my food so I didn’t say anything but the woman rolled my burrito the wrong way. Instead of it being long it was brick. Made it very difficult to eat and as you can imagine it fell apart everywhere. Pictures attached. I am not sure if she was new or what but with 7 employees all available I would have hoped someone would have helped her. This location has been going down hill for some time.

I was here at 3:10 p.m. on 3/18/2026 and was going to give Qdoba another shot after having a bad experience at the Delafield Qdoba last week. There is five people working, two on their phones two talking and one was helping a guy at the cash register everybody know I was there but nobody could help me. I waited there a good while everybody knew I was there. In Delafield there was two people working that both know I was there and they chose to keep refilling cups behind the cash register but at the Waukesha location this week it was even worse. Went to Jimmy John's nextdoor wear there was only two people working, and got my food there.
