  The place is great—very clean, and the staff was extremely friendly, though mostly on the younger side. The pizzas weren’t particularly impressive, but the option to make your own definitely makes it more exciting and worth trying again. The sweet pizzas were above average, and the fried chicken was very good, along with some of the sides. Overall, for the price you pay, the quality is fair—it matches what you would expect.

  This was our first time being here. We liked that there were a good different variety of pizzas to choose from. There were not a lot of variety of non pizza items. The refill of the whole buffet was a slow turn around. There were half empty to empty items throughout the whole buffet. I had to inform a staff member of both Pepsi dispensers being empty of the flavor syrup. The cleaning staff were most definitely on their game with clearing/cleaning tables and turning them around for people coming in. It wasn't really busy but consistent. The fried chicken was amazing. The sweet tea was good also. The staff was nice. Would visit again.

  The host at the front door was amazing he was all smiles very helpful he was that really tall man middle-aged. However the food selection was extremely poor. Not a lot to choose from they only had one kind of chicken as far as the pizza goes? Not a fan. They don't even have the decency to put what kind of pizza is above each one so it's a horrible guessing game with a lot of waste that I see on people's tables they were short-staffed so you could barely even find a seat without food and garbage on the table left behind I will not be going back there. Free meal you could choose a piece of fried chicken they had mashed potatoes gravy stuffing corn and green beans the choices for your salad word very few there are no other things except for a whole hard-boiled egg and coleslaw it was just not good for $16 the floors were dirty the bathroom was filthy no way will I ever go back there not even if someone bought my lunch. A very boring buffet.

  The variety of pizzas is good. We liked the extras like chicken, mashed potatoes, pasta and salad. Hubby loved the apple crumble dessert pizza. Breadsticks were a bit dry but it could have been an off batch.

  What I like about most Pizza Ranch locations is you can reserve a meeting room. I like the pizza and my wife likes the chicken. We both like the salad bar. We were there shortly after they opened so everything was fresh. They were quick in cleaning the used dishes as we went up for more. Overall for a chain, the food is good, hot and with many choices.
