To get food fast. We waiting for 30 minutes to get two simple egg bagels. I changed our babies diaper, fed him and listened to him scream for 30 minutes when we should have been there for 5. When they gave us our food it was the wrong thing, so had to wait another 5 mins to get the right order. There was not a huge line in front of us, maybe 4 cars total. I open my sandwich and it’s a complete mess and not even cut on the bottom bagel at all. I’ve gone to other Einstein locations and not had as bad of issues, but yall need to do some serious training for your employees or hire better people , it’s just ridiculous. We will not waste our time or money here ever again.

Another time they forgot an item in my 3 item order. The last straw was when I walked in for pickup and the lady who was cooking in the back was swearing and saying how much she hated her job, so loud we could all hear her. I will not be coming back to this location.
