  The cashier said they aren't honoring their national promotion for free wings for veterans day. The other locations are though. I believe he is lying and just being lazy.

  I placed a large pick up order more than 4 hrs in advance of scheduled request (plus a 20%tip) thinking this would give them ample time to prep sauces, and be prepared for the order. I was on a time line for arriving with said food for a birthday party so I got to the store on early side of the pick up time frame. I waited for another 50 min (40 min post end pick up time slot) before my food was even ready! I was never acknowledged at any point even though others customers after me were. After 30 min of waiting I was finally able to get their attention and noted who and what order I had been waiting for; no verbal acknowledgement yet again, just a head nod. I don't know if they were understaffed with only two workers but as some who has had a career in the food industry, I was not impressed. The fryer oil needed cleaning, and the hoods didn't even seem to be turned on due to the thick fryer haze in the air the entire time I was there. I walked out smelling like a greasy fired gross mess. I ended up being 30 min late to the party. Overall, the food was just OK and several of us thought the wings were slightly over cook/dry and warm at best for a min 5 car ride. The one nice thing was that one of the gentlemen walked the order to my car for me. I won't order from here again, rather I'd drive the extra distance to the Sunset location or try somewhere else altogether. We've never had this much of an issue and this was our 4th annual wing party.

  They got part of my order wrong I asked for only carrots. Got slimy carrots and celery instead. Fries tasted stale and barely had any of the seasoning I asked for. Never received the soda I paid for either. I put 15% tip on this order too and feel jipped out of my money. If I didn’t live so far I would have turned around and asked for my money back. 😡

  I live so close to this location, and I’ve given them way too many chances. Food is never ready on time. I don’t mean it’s an extra 5 minutes. My most recent order was over ready over 20 minutes later than expected.

  Could not fill up ramekins with blue cheese dressing. Parking lot sucks to navigate. The normal store I go to is off of Sunset and they are way better. Somehow the website change me over to this location instead of their. Despite the Waukesha Sunset location being my preferred location. I would never go back.
