    We went to Arbys in Waukesha on Mooreland in front of Farm and Fleet yesterday. It was by far the worst fast food experience we ever received. There were 4 people in front of us and it took 22 minutes to take our order(I know this because I had to reset my app on my phone for the free sandwich). I had a free sandwich on my app but she didn't know what it was for-I gave up and just paid. There was 1 employee who non stopped complained about how he hates his job and his place of work. There was a manager who came in mid rush during the complaining and it continued. The lady at the register had attitude toward every customer. The soft drink lids and sauces/ketchup were empty. We asked for sauces and she slapped them on the counter with the same attitude she took our order with. I will drive the extra 10 minutes and go to Silvernail next time.

    Please turn the heat on! It is freezing inside trying to eat and everyone is shivering. And the bathrooms are even colder.

    Had a messy ham and cheese sandwich I asked for no Swiss add cheddar sauce ham wasn't shaved it was shredded, cheese had too much . Soda machine needs to be cleaned had metallic taste to soda. Curly fries were very fresh and hot .

    The new steak nugget sandwich was amazing 🥪 way more then expected it was so good I almost forgot to take a picture 🤤 I had Javonte take my order excellent friendly service and atmosphere

    Always get good service here and the food is a nice change over all the burger places around
