  Typically get the same “simple “ order Beef and cheddar sandwiches NO red sauce and no onion bun , got my order wrong and gave me a ton of red sauce, saved my receipt AND brought back the food to show it wasn’t eaten and to have them just replace it and make it … correctly 🙄 they had me speak to a manager which took forever and literally no one was there eating , the staff just talking and sitting around , she was not only rude gave attitude for no reason, And to not where gloves with long nails is wild

  I asked to have fresh fish to be put down along w potato cakes I got my order it was cold. $14.67 fro 2 fish potato cakes and a small beverage.

  I don't mean to single Arby's out, as I have experienced this in other fast food joints lately, but what is up with blaming customers when you get their order wrong? If the order is not right. Just make it right. I gave up and left with food I didn't order that was going straight in the trash, because I didn't want to argue with your workers over it. It might feel like a win when you get people to pay for items they didn't order or want, but I've been a customer for 48 yrs. and I'm done with Arby's now.

  I only write reviews when it matters. This one matters. Don't waste your money here. Clearly quality is not their top priority. I ordered a double beef and cheddar combo with curly fries and a coke and paid $12.06. I unwrap my sandwich and to my disbelief I did not get what I ordered and paid for. The meat portion was smaller than a normal beef and cheddar!! How pathetic!!! The curly fries had 6 good ones on top and they were hiding all the broken bits and pieces!! I was just robbed of my $12. I will not be back.
