  3/22/26 Sunday evening, the crew at DQ was excellent. VERY PATIENT AND CALM AND IN CONTROL. Food was fresh and it looked just like the pictures. Didnt even have to check the bag, cause they reassured us that it was all there. ONION RINGS ARE THE BEST

  I have no idea what you did to the smores blizzard. It should be called vanilla, graham cracker, chocolate blizzard. Where did the chocolate pieces with the marshmallow inside go?? How can it be a smore without it. Yuck. On a side note, the service was excellent.

  Able to order food online. But no one will awnser the phone and the lobby is locked but can see employees inside and its 40mins before close. No way to get food and refuse to awnser the phone. Will have to dispute this with my bank. Terrible service.

  The food was pretty bad. We came to try the new flamethrower tenders and my girlfriends were freezing cold even though we placed the mobile order while we were already in the parking lot. They also made my order wrong the first time. Then my burger tasted like it had been put in the microwave and the bun looked like it was with the wrinkles.(the way buns look when you put them in the microwave) It was steaming but it was the only thing that was warm from the entire order. Even the fries tasted like they’d been cooked the day before. On top of the temperature of the food, this location cannot make toast. I received a soggy piece of bread with melted butter on it. It tasted worse than it looks. The inside of the restaurant was dirty and the kitchen had food all over the floor. I am overall just disappointed by my experience. The Menomenee Falls Dairy Queen seems to be the only one who can get it right.

  I was really impressed with the way the young workers were handling the night rush. That is until I got home and my order had wrong sides. I upgraded fries to onion rings on 2 meals and got fries on both.. We don't eat fries, and I'm really tired of wasting my money on these places and not getting any resolution to these issues. probably won't be back.
