- MOMicaela OlsenMar 8, 20261.0Absolutely the worst costumer service experience of my life. We placed an order for delivery they said 45 min. Two hours later we tried calling and the repeatedly hung up on us. Our card had already been charged so my husband drove down there. When my husband asked about our pizza or to talk to a manager he was told “no English”. The person that took the order spoke English but he could only say no one spoke English. He finally figured out we were the order that was sitting there and handed my husband the pizza. No discount no nothing. Now we’ve been charged for cold food that’s been sitting on a shelf for two hours. Also the phones were ringing off the hook there. When the guy does answer he just puts you on hold or sets the phone down and walks away hoping you’ll hang up. I’ve worked in restaurants my whole life and I’ve never seen or heard of a place so terrible

This happened after I asked for the correct order be delivered to me. I never got my issue resolved. I will never go back. I’m very disappointed in their service.

We get there and they told us the order would be ready in about 5 mins, 25 mins later we finally got our order. The pies were luke warm and the overall of the pizza was ok. Im not sure i would go there again.
