  Food safety violation and terrible customer service. I don't like to leave negative reviews, but this experience was serious enough that it needs to be shared. My wife and daughter visited this McDonald’s and ordered a drink that required cream. While the drink was being made, my wife noticed the employee shaking the cream container upside down, which seemed odd but she didn’t think much of it. When they got back to the car and put a straw in the drink, it immediately fizzed up like a fountain. They then saw that the cream inside was curdled, chunky, and clearly spoiled. My daughter has an autoimmune disease that affects her stomach, so my wife sent her in to kindly ask for the drink to be remade. She came back out saying she was told, “That’s the way it’s supposed to be made.” My wife then went in herself and was met with rudeness and refusal to help. The employee insisted nothing was wrong, even after showing a brand-new, unopened container of cream. When my wife asked if they could at least remake the drink using the fresh cream, she was told flat-out that they would not remake it and they would not do anything. Serving spoiled dairy is already unsafe, but refusing to remake the drink—especially when a child with health issues consumed part of it—is unacceptable. The customer service was equally concerning. I hope management takes this seriously, checks their food safety practices, and addresses the way customers are being treated. My wife left the drink there and refused to let our child drink any more of it.

  If I could give no stars I would. My daughter was treated so badly when she tried to take back a drink that was made bad and didn't taste right

  Mcdonalds food is gross but super convenient 👌🏽 👏 literally only good thing is using the receipt to buy one get one (bacon eggs and cheese bagel) 😋 9.90 everytime for 2 bagels and a coke 😋

  I’ve said it numerous times in the past that this is, by far, the worst McDonalds location i’ve been to. Slow and poor service, incomplete orders, stale bread, lack of customer service. Can’t even get a simple hamburger right.
