I have been part of another location for a couple years in the past. Therefore, I Am well aware of what all needs to be to run the store flawless! For only taking it over so recently they are all working at 150% to make sure the customers are very satisfied and taken Great care of!

Had to repeat an order for two Blizzards multiple times, then waited over 10 minutes with no one else in line before us. Will drive to either Burlington or Union Grove for much better service that won't mess up our order.

Recently they have put a gentleman at the ordering/pick up window that is nearly impossible to understand. 9/10 orders there is something they don't have available or can't make, leaving me to try to figure out a solution with someone I can't communicate with. They just put up a drive thru window sign saying they will add a $10 charge if you are "difficult" and I can't help but wonder if many other people have become frustrated with this same situation. The same guy never gives me a bag for my order, just starts handing greasy, saucey boxes out the window! I have to ask, prompting an eyeroll from him, or bring my own bag!
