Stopped in around 7 p.m. on a weekday. I waited at the front counter for about five minutes and never saw an employee. I heard people talking in the back-of-house, and I called out a couple times, but never got service, so I left.

Placed an online order and arrived within 8 min my order was still being finished. But once I got it everything was cold except the beef and cheddar that I waa waiting for but was poorly done. The fries were only half filled and also cold. Very disappointing for the cost of the food.

Very disappointed. The marketing made The Gobbler sandwich look incredible. Unfortunately, the "marketing" version is not what I unwrapped: there were a few small pieces of meat inside a bun. Where were all the other items???
