  This place is continuously going downhill worse and worse and worse. Today was the worst yet. Why have a job if you're going to do it the worst possible way you can do it. Not friendly don't know how to make the sandwiches correctly and don't care. This is definitely my last time there

  I’ve had ongoing issues with this location since the management changed, and this experience was the final straw. I placed an order at 10:55 AM for a later pickup during my lunch break(12:10), but accidentally selected the wrong time. Within 30 seconds, I called to correct it and was told it couldn’t be canceled because the order was “already made.” When I questioned how two subs could be made in under a minute—especially for a pickup time hours later—I was given the response, “I’m fast.” That answer was not only unrealistic, but also dismissive and unprofessional. It’s hard to believe the order was actually made that quickly, and it felt more like an unwillingness to help than a real limitation. Between the poor customer service, lack of basic flexibility, and questionable handling of orders, I won’t be coming back.

  Since the girls sold the business it has gone way down...will never go there again...my sandwich had hardly any tuna and I paid for extra and the fixins were not as plentiful as before.....the place is not as clan as it was when the Gals had it.....when leaving an elderly gentleman walked out at the same time and said to me...well that's my last time here...more money and less food on the sub.....so it's the word around town...go to a different Subway....

  Don't know what's happened at this location, but the bread is horrible! Dry and old tasting! I bought one on last Friday, and thought I would give them another chance today, but the bread literally crumbled! Won't be going back!

  Couldn't for my life figure out how to pay and the very kind employees there helped me figure it out so me and my bestie could eat. Very cool people who work there. Might be small but great subway!
