When you're specific about your order, like no onions, no pickle, and no lettuce, for example, you expect to not have them on your food. I cannot eat a burger if onion has been on it. And I really don't want to have to check my food to make sure that it is made correctly before I leave. Especially when it's late and I'm tired.
