Old man wearing the red uniform needs to learn some basic customer service skills. As a Dasher, it shouldn't be a problem to provide a simple disposable beverage carrier for a multi-drink order. Every other establishment either already provides one or has no problem providing one, if needed. You wouldn't deny a regular customer this so why should I be denied something so basic just because you don't like the customer ordered through DoorDash instead of directly through Jimmy John's. It's not my fault the customer chose how to order. I'm simply delivering the order for YOUR customer. If it's such a problem, maybe you shouldn't partner with DoorDash.

Placed a large order for pickup totalling about $250. Drove 20 miles to get it only to find out they forgot several items. They were willing to prepare the missed items which was great. However with current gas prices and the inconvenience of a second trip some kind of compensation would have been a reasonable gesture.

When you order the beach club and you only get Provolone and 3 slices of tomatoe and drive a half hour home to bring dinner and you call and cant get anyone with intelligence to handle the problem, youve lost alot of business…wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone.
