    Terrible service was sitting in the lobby for 20 minutes for 3 tocos not good service at all dude was slow getting my drink carrier they didn’t even get me and expect me to carrier 3 drinks and 2 bags laziness please get new workers there pointless .

    As a former employee, I understand the pressures. I understand the difficulties when it's busy time and some middle aged woman has ordered half the menu. But when you just kinda... Stand around? Don't even look at the two people waiting (for over 20 minutes, by the way), or say any updates, that's when I pause. The least you could do is say "hey it'll be a bit longer because of so and so" and I'll be happy. But, it took over 20 minutes after the app said my food was done, and I didn't get any updates from the workers. Plus, kind of unsanitary to have drinks by the food stations... Person who helped me was kind though. Food slapped.

    I have been coming to this location for years and about 2 weeks ago we ordered and went through the drive thru. Our order was messed up nothing most people would even order so gross. Then we got the correct order and ate it when we got home a few minutes later and everything we ate tasted sour and rotten from the meat, the cheese, and the sour cream you could just tell everything was old and it was reheated back up and put in a bag. The nacho cheese was even discolored. So we decided not to go back there and complain a second time and instead I decided to write this review and we simply just won’t be going back to that one nor go through the drive-thru again. Great customer service skills though which unfortunately doesn’t make the food taste better.
