  Not just once but CONSISTENTLY experience terrible service here. Staff literally act like they don't know a customer is standing there. Yesterday I was told, "I'll get to you when I can." Stood there for about 8 minutes and left. Got to listen to staff complain about being short staffed and saying, "she's just gonna have to wait....". Glad I left. I'll spend my money somewhere I'm not treated as an inconvenience.

  Staff was very friendly and helpful even while they were extremely busy. Good team work appears to happen at this store!

  Drive thru customer service is terrible. No smiles, hellos, thank you, nothing. And you expect a tip at the window? Absolutely not. Literally no one in line but myself and asked to once again pull around the corner to the side door so they can "work on the order" is what we were told. And wait 12 minutes for a pack of munchkins and 2 coffees.....Do better Dunkin...... Starbucks is just across the street!

  A couple of the workers gave me the biggest attitude when handing me my order. When I opened my bag the sandwich was completely burnt. TO A CRISP. This was so unacceptable. I could not enjoy my food.
