  I was very disappointed in my experience. I placed an order 4:45pm for pickup at 6:30pm, I finally got my order at 7:01pm. The staff was friendly but spent the entire time talking by the register. Two individuals came in and went behind the counter and left with food. Why are people not working going behind the counter without meeting proper food safety? They forgot part of my order so all the food expect the pizza were cold. The icing on the Oreo bites was hard and the side of icing was almost empty. The wings were the wrong kind and the breadsticks were half the usual size with barely any sauce. I was so done when I got my food I just left. I’m not sure I’ll be a returning customer….

  This place is clearly under different management and for the worse. My order was ready 45 minutes after expected time. Picked it up and the toppings were wrong on both pizzas I ordered. The place looked like a zoo with zero organization. I used to receive great service here, but this last trip is my last. Figure it out!

  This was incredibly the worst experience we’ve ever had here, the only good thing they did was give me a refund. Chloe called, and informed me that they didn’t have alfredo sauce, I was going to cancel the order but she said they made it “stretch”. That was the first red flag in my mind. Waited an hour for the delivery and by the time they showed up the breadsticks were hard, and dry, the pizza was significantly smaller than it was supposed to be. So I guess their solution of making the sauce “stretch” was make a smaller pizza. When I called to nicely ask for a refund I got hung up on and had to call back five times to get one, I even offered to bring the food in to show them. But I’m sure they knew the quality they sent out the door because they did end up issuing the refund.

  What a painful experience. Ordered one pizza and cheese bread… at 4:40pm… pizza arrived at 6:10. Ordered on the PJ website for delivery, delivery time was 5:20… we live 5mi away. Called the store around 5:45, they were still waiting on a DoorDash driver bc they only deliver with DoorDash! Our pizza arrived old and cold, the driver finally picked it up at 5:55pm and even had the nerve to MAKE ANOTHER STOP before coming to us. Papa John’s corporate is apparently to blame for them insisting on using DoorDash! DUMB. Never ordering from them again. We also ordered and paid for “extra cheese”… see photo.

  Current staff not professional. No greeting when you enter store. No effort to check your name and see how long for your order. Obviously a lot of new employees who lack proper training.
