  Papa John's should be embarrassed by this location and their "General Manager" Hakim Muhammad. I don't know where you find these employees but we need AI and robots to take over this location ASAP. These sloppy goons don't have a care in the world, just bitching and complaining the whole time a lobby full of pissed off customers, whose pizzas aren't even close to ready, get ignored. If the GM moved as fast at making pizzas as he does at refunding orders the business would probably earn a Michelin star. There has to be a "worst in the fleet" location at all organizations and it's unfortunate that it happens to be the Papa John's by me.

  Ordered two pizzas for delivery this past weekend. They arrived an hour after the projected delivery time. Would have been ok with that, but they were also very cold and some of the worst pizzas I have ever had. Pizzas had large patches without cheese and toppings, just crust. Will never be ordering from here again.

  I live right around the corner from this location. And man, does that suck. Tonight I took advantage of my “rewards” and ordered 2 items from the papa pairings deal. I ordered a pepperoni pizza with light cheese and 10 garlic Parmesan breadsticks. What I got was interesting. I got an odd shaped pizza, smothered in cheese. Of course, it was also uncut. Perhaps that’s a service that’s being…cut? lol oh and 8 small burnt breadsticks to top off the order. I’m honestly baffled. Looking at these reviews and knowing my experiences, how are they still up and running? This is a disgusting excuse of a business.

  I wouldn’t even give this one star if I didn’t have to. The absolute worst Papa John’s location around!! Pizzas are NEVER ready when they say even when you order hours ahead of time. The GM Hakim Muhammad offers no apologies and just says the order will be refunded. The staff just stands around while one or two people do everything. Go to one of the better pizza places around town.

  Worst location. Never have had a successful order. Waited over an hour for their new papa dippa pizza that was quoted 45 minutes then after that hour was told it woukd be another 45 min. Bad to cancel the whole order becwhase I didn't have time to wait longer after already waiting an hour. Tried to order the next day, and placed order at 4pm for 7pm pickup. I EVEN CALLED AFTER PLACING THE ORDER 3 HOURS EARLY TO CONFIRM THAT 7PM WOULD BE AN EXPECTED PICKUP TIME AND THEY ASSURED ME. I get here and they say they dont have my order even enough I prepaid and I have it on the app and called. Then they offer to make me it then. Wait another 15-20min for that. Only for them to only then inform that they are out of ALL THE SAUCES FOR THE PAPPA DIPPA LEGIT THE ONE THING I ORDERED. The whole reason I placed the order in the first place was to try the new menu items with the sauces and they had NONE only they garlic which is the one that they always have. I would have canced the order completely if I knew they didnt have the sauces. The fact they didnt even check this back when I placed the order at 4pm is insane. Totally incompetent repeated disapointing behavior. Too bad. I had never been to this papa johns before, but was interested because I moved to the area and it is close ans they have decent deals. But my mistake having gone back after an already disappointing experience I should have known better.
