  I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this location has consistently been disappointing. The employees are often rude and have an attitude when interacting with customers. On top of that, the service is extremely slow every time I visit. I understand fast food can get busy, but this location seems unreasonably slow compared to other McDonald’s I’ve been to. I hope management can address both the customer service and efficiency issues.

  Nice play place and good seating in the play place area. Great service and friendly staff.

  Fairly clean restaurant and has an indoor playground which is great for kids. Staffed by very young employees. In their phones and not very attentive. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese anf bacon but they forgot the bacon. Took it back and watched the manager pick up the bun with her bare hands, put bacon on the burger and give it back to me. When I daid something she just said "Sorry, Im just really tired" and walked away.

  This place is DIRTY !!!!! Way more than just the usual dirty tables too. The kids play center is COVERED in layers and layers of dirt. The toddler slide looks like. It has not been touched with a rag or anything.Since the place opened, who knows how many years ago. We go to a lot of place centers, and many of them are dirty, but this has to be the worst. The managers should all be fired. I do feel bad for the workers that were there because they were clearly understaffed and there was one way doing her very best And clearly not getting any help from anyone else.
