  I went through the drive through for some Munchkin donuts. When we got to the window, we were greeted with our order! Super fast! The young woman who greeted us was very friendly and kind.

  I got the 6 dollar meal deal with a coffee. The beacon is not even done. Will not frequent this or any other Dublin doughnuts ever again . I will be calling Waukesha Health Department next week. You can kill domeone with raw food.

  Ordered drive thru, and got a matcha with oat milk, the person in the drive thru 100% said oat milk back, because this shop before has given me regular milk and made me sick. At the window we were given a matcha without a note for oat milk, so we asked to make sure. They verbally confirmed again, oat milk. Well, afterwards I got incredibly sick because it wasnt oat milk. Im genuinely not going to go to dunkins anymore because this one and the one in Menomonee Falls has also made this mistake. This is also confidentally Dunkins fault because the only other thing I had today was an all veggie sub from Jimmy Johns.

  They used ice in their milkshakes and refused to give me my money back ($16) for the 2 cups of what was basically milk that I received instead of an actual milkshake.

  Absolutely garbage. Go to any Dunkin but here. They never have anything in stock, especially collaborations, and no one is ever around to properly help. Tried to get the wicked munchkins and an assortment of other munchkins and they had none available. Honestly this Dunkin might as well shut down because any other coffee shop would be better. Employees are rude and stay in the back instead of helping, and most of the time they don’t speak English and translation is lost. I’d rather go to any other coffee shop! Please avoid at all cost!!
