Last week on three different occasions I pulled up to the drive-thru waited 5 minutes no one ever came so I left.... Today someone actually spoke through the speaker and asked for a hot fudge sundae. They gave me a Sunday with that hard chocolate coating and not hot fudge. The last time I ordered a Sunday they put The stuff in the dish in this order: ice cream, whipped cream, cold chocolate syrup and not hot chocolate. This place really needs to have training or be shut down.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
