They are some of the kindest workers and try to make it a good experience for everyone that comes through. There are many regulars that are known by name and the staff are close like family. This location is loved by the employees and the community.

It's insane how often this "ice cream" shop is out of ice cream. featured flavors? don't got 'em. ask for a different flavor? don't have that one, either. I can't tell you how many times I've ordered in the app, shown up and not only do they not have the flavors, they also never seem to have any of the flavors listed in the app, or the ones they have in store are not listed in the app. You literally have to go inside to see what they have because there's no real system happening that will keep customers informed. my biggest complaint is they still have the flavor from January, the love potion, but they didn't order any of the for March, banana, and now it's halfway through April. that really made me sad because i really wanted to get some of that to take home. this location is just a huge disappointment; inventory is awful. the staff shuffle around like they are dead inside, probably because this location seems to have nothing to offer it's customers. I expected too much from this place, but since they are partnered with Dunkin', who barely have donuts, ice cream is right out of the question. i guess it's my fault, i should have known better.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. How do I sign up for the Birthday Club?
Joining the Birthday Club is free and easy! Simply create a Baskin-Robbins account in the BR App or online & complete your profile to join the Birthday Club. (You must be 13 or older to sign up.)
How will I get my birthday rewards?
Your birthday coupons will be automatically added to your account in the BR App on your birthday; head to the BR App on your special day to redeem!
Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
