  Went to pick up my family’s online order at the sun prairie papa John’s. When I arrived the assistant manager was yelling at another customer saying I won’t look at your phone every 5 minutes to tell you order isn’t ready. The customer was using a translator app as he was not fluent in English. The employee (assistant manager) then started yelling out whose orders he had, but ignored everyone and went back to boxing pizza. My order was one of the ones that was ready, but I had to wait because he was ignoring everyone. Before I got my order, a mobile ordering company got their order and stated that they told him twice who they were picking up for. I will not be coming back to this location as this assistant manager works a lot and every time he’s very rude and ignores most of the guests. We get pizza every other Friday for family movie night and will be taking our business elsewhere. Very disappointing, I have family that serve and seeing a veteran act this way is a disgrace.

  Too much sauce at this location. I think they should ask customers light or heavy sauce and I don’t think I have had any good pizza at this location

  We order from here every week and I’m getting real sick of them using door dash. They make multiple stops along the way and we get our 40 bucks worth of pizza an hour later cold. From now on I’m ordering dominoes and Pizza Hut they have their own drivers who get it to me right out of the oven. The only reason I order here is because my husband likes it.

  If it's going to take an hour for a carryout order of a medium pizza and cheesesticks, then just shut the place down at this point...

  The pizza was good, but instead of ordering through DoorDash, I decided to order pickup instead, so my mom and I drove to the location, only to find out that the guy had given my pizza to a Dasher when he entered my order information, I told him "I didn't order a Dasher? I ordered pick up." Thankfully, he offered to make my pizza, which took 15 minutes. I think I saw a review about employees being suspicious of DoorDashers, I'm not sure whether someone is going as a Dasher and stealing orders. I hope they fixed the issue by now.
