  I ordered allergy-friendly food and they placed the order correctly but for whatever reason, the food came with onion. By the time I opened the food, I was too far away for me to justify going back. I tried to call the store and their advertised phone number was disconnected. 🤔 Definitely a safety issue and not some where I’d ever order food again from.

  Managers are not great. They do not care about their customers, which help them pay for everything. Need to go back to customer care classes and know that customers should be treated good and not as a nuisance, that is there to ruin there day. There behavior will only get pushed down to their employees. This should stop now. Been to this location alot and never had to many problems, but lately there has been a change in the whole attitude and atmosphere at this location.

  My husband grabbed two McGriddles to come home to just two pieces of bread. The manager told me that either he ordered it incorrectly or they made a mistake- then continued to tell me that he should have checked his order before leaving. He told me we could get two free meals out of it. We came back to get the free meals and ordered Big Mac and chicken nuggets, never had chicken nuggets taste so stale and dry from McDonald’s before but here we are. Do better.

  I’ve been coming here for a while because of convenience, as it’s close to where I work. Greg and Luis are always phenomenal and great but the manager that works there is a jerk. I mentioned that they forgot my large cup of water I ordered with my meal which I always get. The manager promptly handed me a small cup, and I said, “sir I asked for a large cup and he rung it up”. He said “You pay?” And then looked at my bag and walked off. I hope he reads this because the customer service needs work. I’ll be taking my business to Jersey Mike’s instead where they’re always friendly.
