  Yo for real, no one wraps these burritos like this location. It was late. I was tired these employees are probably super tired and have to stay until 1am and yet, the burritos are like wrapped perfectly. I salute you.

  I know it can be hit or miss with service but whoever was working today around 11:30am was a HUGE win. The lady is the window was wonderful and nice with genuine smile, the workers in the kitchen made sure the 2 spicy potato soft tacos were packed fully and delicious. I rarely get T-Bell but interactions like the one I had today is the reason I still come back.

  My experience today is not what it typically has been. Today I was missing my rolled quesadilla. It isn’t the biggest deal, like spilled milk. But as a $4.00 item and my favorite item to order recently, I expected it to be in my bag with the rest of my order……. It is unfortunate, because typically this place is really a decent location. Wanted you folks to know, or else it may become a poor habit……. I’d like my $4.00 back, and some diligence on your behalf to preventatively correct this for other customers. 👍 The older woman at the window was also unfortunately someone who carried an “I don’t want to be here” attitude. I think this is how the food was mixed up, due to her carelessness, and her attitude. Not to be rude, but you literally have one single goal in your job. Take orders and give the correct food to the correct people.

  I paid 17.50$… for completely cold food… I mean it was so cold it needed to be air fried for 10 minutes all of it… to top it off the taco was about 80% shell and 20% insides… the cheese for the chips was essentially gelatin… the chalupa was anemic… the burrito was as cold as ice on the inside… the man running the window was so disinterested in operating the window or taking an order he wouldn’t even make eye contact, it actually felt like as a customer I was bothering them being there… Taco Bell used to be decent years ago it’s absolutely aweful
