  Just had a great experience at pizza ranch! Robert the manager was fantastic and Hannah kept tables clear and had the orders out fast! Thanks for a great dinner 😊

  I visited this Pizza Ranch during their promotional pricing, and while the staff in the game room was wonderful, the food safety and management were a nightmare. We were served multiple pieces of significantly undercooked chicken from the buffet. It was translucent, red near the bone, and had a dangerously slimy, rubbery texture. I realized as soon as I took a bite, however, some of my family consumed portions of it before realizing the issue. When I brought this to the staff's attention, they completely brushed it off and didn't pull the batch or check temperatures. The buffet was poorly stocked the entire time. It felt like they rushed the cooking process to keep up with the crowd, sacrificing guest safety for speed. It is unacceptable to serve raw poultry and then dismiss a customer's legitimate health concern. The One Bright Spot: I want to give a huge thank you to the gentleman working behind the counter in the game room. He was extremely kind, helpful, and the only part of our visit that felt professional. I’ve attached photos of the raw chicken. I’m now monitoring my family for food poisoning. Extremely disappointed.

  ​"Legendary Service from Robert T tonight! I have never seen a harder worker—he was literally doing it all. He was running the front register, keeping the tables spotless, and making sure the buffet was perfectly restocked. On top of all that hustle, he was even doing magic tricks for the children! It’s rare to find someone with that kind of work ethic and a great attitude to match. Robert made our night!"

  This place has gone downhill recently. The last 3 times I've gone there's been hardly anything on the buffet including no cheesy ranch sticks which are one of my favorite items on the buffet and I thought they were always supposed to be stocked up on those. The only pizzas on the buffet are weird and have sauces on them or a ton of toppings which for some may be a great value but gimme the plain ole pepperoni. They also still had breakfast stuff on the buffet at 5pm so shows how much they care about quality of the food.

  Catering Pizza and Chicken order for 12 people on 1/20/2026 noon delivery requested. Noon comes and goes. 12:25 our first call made to Pizza Ranch Sun P. "We are short drivers, our manager is coming in to bring you your food. It will be there in 20 mins". 20 mins comes and goes. 1:00 second call to Pizza Ranch. "He has already dropped off your food" What address did you drop it off to? "[states address]. Manager delivered to the wrong address for a catering order on the next day, which the people there went ahead and accepted for even though it wasn't for them. 2:00, the Pizza finally shows up, but....no chicken. Chicken finally arrives at 2:30. Needless to say catering for Pizza Ranch Sun P is a disaster unless incomplete orders 2+ hours late are your thing. Pick some one else to cater your event.
