Stopped at the drive-through a little after 9 PM after doing grocery shopping at Woodmans and I use the app 40% off a double cheeseburger buy one cheeseburger double cheeseburger or six piece nuggets. I get to the drive-through they charged me for the price at the app said, but they only wanted to give me one cheeseburger that I only ordered one cheeseburger. I’m never going back to this McDonald’s again. It’s ridiculous. They saw it on my phone. They saw what it charged out of my bank account cause I pulled up the app and they still want to argue and say no. Language barrier at your McDonald’s can be a real problem. I think you know speaking in English that’s not broken where we can understand each other would help the situation. Just disappointing that they wanted to argue with me over using the app and ordering the deal of the day.

This is McDonald’s, so it’s understandable that many employees get very tired. I waited about 10 minutes for my food, but I don’t blame the staff at all. I could see how exhausted they were. They still tried to make it right and told me they would give me a little extra fries, which I really appreciated.
Sometimes it feels like there aren’t enough workers to keep up with the rush. I truly wish the team strength, because working at McDonald’s is very demanding. Overall, the food is always tasty, just like at any other location. There’s really nothing to complain about.
