She answered they couldn’t substitute my coffee for a chai latte, so I ordered it with a coffee like the menu said. When I pulled around she handed me and iced coffee, as I continued to wait for my food she said are you waiting for something. I said I ordered a meal she rudely responded let me see the drink and snatched it from my hand. The drink had no order slip like it usually should have, and she said I told you it wasn’t a part of the meal. And when I told her I changed it like she said she said I only charged for the drink and not the meal and gave me the drink back and closed the window. They do not know how to treat their customers.

Both times I’ve received my sandwich they have had bacon on them when on my receipt it says sausage. The location was not busy either times so I’m not understanding how they make sandwich incorrectly both times when on my order ticket it clearly states sausage. I never had issues before with this location and it sucks to not get what I paid for.
