  to the driver who said there’s a tax for making him wait at the door when I can’t track when you’re coming, here’s my tax. You give subpar shitty pizza.

  I ordered on your website for delivery. After an hour I called to find out about my order and was told DD didn't pick it up. I was under the impression it was being delivered by papa jojn since I didn't order through DD. I asked how long it was sitting. She said about a half hour. I told here I didn't want pizza that's been sitting. I asked if she could remake them and I would come get them she said yes. Took about 10 minutes to get there. Got the pizza home and they were cold. Like they were sitting for quite awhile cold. So I paid for delivery I didn't get, and paid for old cold pizza. I WILL NOT be back!! It's been over a week and I still haven't had the delivery fee returned for pizzas the were not delivered!!!!

  I used to absolutely love coming here. The employees were always incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming, and the pizzas were consistently great. It genuinely felt like a place that cared about both its food and its customers. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been very different. Every time I’ve gone in lately, there has only been one person working. That employee always seems completely overwhelmed and overworked. Because of that, the level of customer service that used to make this place stand out just isn’t there anymore. This isn’t a criticism of the staff it’s clear they’re doing the best they can with what they’re given. But it’s not fair to them or to customers. It creates long waits, rushed interactions, and an overall stressful atmosphere. It’s honestly a bad look for the business and damages the reputation that used to make this place so great. It’s disappointing to say this, but unless staffing improves and things return to how they used to be, I won’t be coming back. I really hope management addresses this, because this place used to be something special.

  Probably the most consistent pizza place in town. Also, very nice manager. Recently, I had made a mistake when ordering my pizza. The manager was willing to remake the pizza the way I wanted, and gave a helpful suggestion for ordering so that it doesn't happen again. Very appreciated

  I've personally been to the Stevens Point location 2x and both times Killian knocked it out of the park! Not only do they provide amazing food and service but you genuinely feel appreciated as a customer and cared for. I'll absolutely be back because of the service and friendliness I received from Killian. Thanks again!
