Over the past month, my order has been incorrect more often than not—missing drinks or items, which I’ve generally let go because mistakes happen. Today was the breaking point. I ordered a large latte and was given a large black coffee with foam. I’ve ordered this before and know what it should look and taste like, and this wasn’t it. Being prompted to tip before receiving service makes consistency especially important. When the order is frequently wrong, it undermines that experience and the trust that comes with being a repeat customer. At this point, I’ll be going to another location.
