  My wife and I came to this restaurant Friday the 20th in the evening around 7 pm. The gal that waited on us was very inattentive and rude. We had her bring us a receipt when she walked past our table and made what sounded like a rude comment as she walked away. On top of that, the bread was very dry I felt day old. Not the soft bread I remember. And why was a ham sub the sub of the day the first Friday of lent. Even kwik trip accommodates lent. I know i can just order a tuna but it was just weird to me. In the end the food sucked and the gal was very rude and nasty when she got something wrong.

  Absolutely WORST Subway I've ever been to. Two female employees, one short heavy set and one younger girl that were instantly crabby upon my arrival. Was upset and rude right when i informed them i was carrying a service dog. Proceeded to make my order, veggie delight. Asked for extra onions, literally sprinkled about 5 on there. Asked for extra banana peppers another skimp, about 5. I told her I'm not asking for much on a veggie sub, no cheese or dressing even. She said, well we have rules 😆. Really, rules to not only rude, but skimp on the few extra veggies of the only ones I was getting on there? She ended my pathetic sandwich making, with putting literally 4 jalapeños on a footlong! I told her she can keep the $13 veggie sandwich and I walked out. I will be calling management on Sunday, not that they care but I was treated so poorly with bad service, I want them to be aware. How hard is it to be nice and fair while working some place? Apparently hard at this Subway location 😔.. I drove across the street to Firehouse subs where they were wonderful! Problem solved enjoyed nice service and a delicious sandwich, for less even!

  The girl working was very rude! She never even washed her hands or wore gloves while making the subs. The last time I go to this Subway!

  Great Subway! Sandwich makers were so good. They spread out the veggies and the sauces so you got everything in every bite. Awesome!

  We walked through the door and the short lady wearing gold rimmed glasses and a subway bandana on her head yelled very rudly "what do you want?!" I turned to my husband and said she can't possibly be speaking to us. Nope, wrong. She was. We approached the counter she did not say hi or hello she again rudly said "what do you want?" Then she proceeded to slam the bread door, slam the toaster door, slam the tray holding the sandwich. We pay go sit down and she comes over and rips the door to the garbage can open so hard that she slammed it into the seat I was sitting on. I cannot believe how rude this person was. UNBELIEVABLE. $30 for sandwiches and to be treated like crap. She should definitely not work in a customer service field!! I will never return to this subway location.
