  We couldn’t even get our full order in because the lady was rushing us. When we pulled up to the window they were too busy having conversation with each other to even really acknowledge us.

  I’ve been here multiple times. Multiple times they forgot to make the sandwich how I actually want it. Is it that hard for you guys to read a screen and follow directions. Half the time they can’t even put the burger together right, this time they did. Other times half the sauce is just all over the box. About everytime I get a McChicken they can barely put the lettuce on the actual sandwich. It’s McDonald’s your job is not that hard for you to mess up this many times.

  I am very disgusted ordered to ten piece nugget meals our nuggets were hard unable to eat them.The fries were dry. Very disgusting and treated like crap through the drive through and by phone when I reported it also I paid for a shamrock shake and it was very watered down

  I moved here a couple of months ago from somewhere, where McDonald's employees didn't care about their jobs at all. I was so impressed by the quality of the food and customer service here, until recently. If I go to the drive through the food and service continue to be great,however if I order through door dash there's a vast difference. The first time I got a RAW burger. I called just to let the restaurant know about it, and they girl that answered the phone decided to argue with me, it was not a peak time and I wasn't complaining. The next time I got a fish sandwich with no tartar sauce. Please let your employees know that just because it's a door dash order the same quality should be there.
