  We have been here several times since we moved to the area and it has been a consistently good experience. We regularly order items with customizations and they have never gotten the order wrong. Additionally, the employees are very nice, friendly, and actually speak to you. I've never been to a McDonald's I'd give a 5 star rating to until this one. Other locations get the orders wrong and have bad customer service, with employees typically not even saying a single word to the customer, but not at this location. This location is a bit of a gem so far.

  There's a difference between the McDonald's on Packard avenue in Cudahy and the McDonald's in South Milwaukee and as a delivery driver you're going to feel it right in your wallet. I don't know what the problem is but my orders seems to keep getting stolen from this particular location and when I ask them if they can remake the order so that the customer gets what they asked for, they won't. I've had this happen to me at the Cudahy McDonald's and they are more than happy to accommodate me by remaking the order, making the customer happy and everybody gets paid.

  Does customer service even exist at this location? I know its gone downhill everywhere, but the fact me and my 3 year old can stand at the counter, make eye contact with multiple employees, even the manager and have about 5 employees walk by me, and not a single one even said "hi, ill be with you in a moment" or anything at all even. Finally after about 10 minutes I called back to everyone fairly loudly and a young man did finally come take my order. I would have left if it wasn't for the fact I had already promised my daughter a happy meal, I didnt get anything for my self based off principle. This happens almost everytime I go in there. I would have wrote this place off like a year ago if it wasn't only 1 block away from my house. Drive thru is usually fine, if not slightly rude and short with you(which is fine, as long as its quick and decent tasting). I can accept when the quality is slightly sub par, it is fast food, but that and terrible, slow service is a step too far. I hope this problem gets figured out someday, this McDonald's has been around my whole life and I honestly have a ton of good memories walking up there with friends as a child, I hope my daughters can experience the same. Edit after "reply from the owner" this is where the link takes you.... if that isn't the final wrench in the broken ice cream machine then idk what is.
