    I was really disappointed with my experience at this Dunkin’. I ordered a large latte, but the employee gave me a medium instead. When I politely pointed it out, instead of remaking the drink, she just poured the same drink into a large cup and added more ice. So basically I paid for a large and ended up with a watered-down latte. She didn’t bother to make a new one or fix it properly. Very unprofessional and it feels like they don’t care about their customers or the quality of what they serve.

    CLOSE it down and put in a Starbucks. They will get your order wrong and blame it on you for using the mobile app. She actually accused me of rushing them when all I did was order and get in line. They also try to fix the disgusting drinks by adding ice and giving the same one back to you. I ended up getting very sick due to the sweetener, which interacted with my cancer meds. The owner must be really cheap because they will not give you the right drink or your money back. You are better off going to the one in Cudahy.
