All this after I watched the car in front of me hand their food back because it was wrong. So I was charged different sizes then i ordered and the employee was argumentative about it. Ridiculous

They have no regard for how we do things here. Do yourself a favor and go to Starbucks or 7 Brew. Also, fix your front door.

When I politely pointed it out, instead of remaking the drink, she just poured the same drink into a large cup and added more ice. So basically I paid for a large and ended up with a watered-down latte. She didn’t bother to make a new one or fix it properly. Very unprofessional and it feels like they don’t care about their customers or the quality of what they serve.
