  Took over a half our to have our food doordashed, thats completely unacceptable

  restaurant only had one woman tha was leaving when i arrived - the store is full of teen employees I am counting seven I believe altogether and it took at least five minutes for them to pay attention to take my order they were standing around the counter laughing and talking Once my order was placed which was two double cheeseburgers one fry and a small blizzard I waited 25 minutes for my order the last five minutes of my waiting for the food other customer started to come in I have now been here for an hour and I have counted for employees sitting in the lobby at a table laughing and talking while people are standing around waiting for their food. I almost want to yell out if you’re hungry, go somewhere else because you’re not gonna get fed here

  these poor kids working 4-6-26 at around 7:45 pm. We waited in the line outside for what seemed like forever. There were about four cars ahead of us and maybe three behind us. I know we waited in line for more than 20 minutes! Once at the window the poor young girl there was just literally running from the window to the food part and back and picking up blizzards that were sitting there, then looking quizically at the order screen and back at us. We ordered a medium Smores blizzard which once home turned out to be a Butterfinger flavor. I felt bad for these kids. It was the worst service we've ever had at this DQ. I will think twice about stopping again.

  They forgot the fries and a small slushie. The 2 orders of pretzels weren't even cooked still frozen. Not an adult anywhere all kids. Not to mention the little kids blaring a speaker running in and out.

  This is why I gave it a one star so I ordered two cheeseburgers and that’s five dollars to a two for five meal but then it’s $12 for some reason So I say isn’t that five dollars and she says no you have to say you want the two cheeseburgers for five dollars which that makes no sense And then she wanted to argue with me so I just left
