Growing up around the area, this has been my go-to dq and I’ve only had a problem once before and it was small. But last night I did a mobile order at about 8:30pm, due to pick up at about 8:45pm. I showed up at about that time but my ice cream was already half melted- which is whatever and kind of expected. But I also ordered some pretzel sticks and they were hard as rocks and had to throw $10 worth of food out. I called 6 times between 9:07 and 9:11 PM and no one answered. The next day a little after 11am, I called another 3 times and finally somebody answered the phone. They instantly remembered my order- like they knew I would call or come back. Now if it wasn’t for making 9 phone calls, I probably wouldn’t be leaving this review. The lady was fine over the speaker and the phone, thank you for making it easy and listening to me when I said I wanted a refund since I can’t make it out there anytime soon. However, after my refund, I was personally messaged from the worker, which is something no restaurant should be doing??? I’m already messaged through the app and my bank as well…. I don’t need your personal number. Don’t think I’m ever coming back if that’s how you wanna run a store.
