  So I had issues with the taco bell on the south side and decided to hit this one up instead to see if it was any better, no it was not, the same exact issues I had from the other location: I tried to order delivery from here but in their app it would only let me choose certain items, no tacos could be ordered just their new cantina chicken burritos? So I go and pick it up myself, showed up and got trapped in the drive thru with only 2 vehicles in front of me for 30 minutes!! Go home right down the street and low and behold everything was cold and wet and sticking to all the wrappers, the hard tacos were soggy and the bottoms stick to the wrapper and tear them apart, the soft tortillas stick and rip pieces off and the chalupa tortilla was underdone and raw and doughy. I ordered one of the lux boxes or whatever its called and this location just threw everything in a bag and didnt even give me my cinnamon twists. I don't understand what these employees are doing but obviously there's a major malfunction happening here and at the other location so the regional manager for these locations is doing a terrible job, and I remember now why I stopped eating at taco bell. And they can't even give me the right hot sauce, pretty hard to mess that part up but they managed to do it somehow at both locations.

  I would give no stars if I could. We waited well over a half an hour for our food. People coming in and out, Dashers and other customers getting their orders before us while we were sitting there waiting. I went to the counter and asked for a refund and the lady flat out told me no. I asked why and she said because I have food to make and walked away from me. She then proceeded to yell at another employee to come give me my money back. Will not be going back here.

  Brandy went above and beyond for me and was incredibly respectful and made 1000% sure that my order was exactly to my standards I believe she deserves a raise and I've missed having service

  i absolutely love taco bell and it kind of sucks seeing how this one’s been going throughout the years. i completely understand when places are understaffed and takes a little longer to receive my food but throughout the past 3 months ive been picking up an order or order through drive through it takes 10-30 minutes. as well as i have requested extra on some burritos and don’t receive and a lot of the time even forgetting stuff. again, i work in food industry so i understand mistakes but its a lot. i had ordered a chicken wrap with VERY little chicken.. for $3. hopefully it gets better but the chicken wraps should not be $3 if i’m barely receiving the chicken itself. hopefully it gets better and things start changing but so far it doesn’t look like it.
