Came here at 2:30 through the drive through. Was told to pull around and waited over 10 min before we went in to go check. They were not working on the order and had half the order wrong. Lots of location choices wont return to this one. Like come on its not even peak hours.

Arrived at the Drive-Thru ordering screen at 10:35 a.m. It was not busy, there was no wait to order. Sat at the drive-thru over ordering screen for over 5 minutes, then drove around the building to go to the other screen, assuming that there may have been something wrong with that side. Same thing again, set at the ordering screen for another 5 minutes, nothing. Drove up to the window, and gave my mobile order number. Took over another 20 minutes after that to receive my food. The place was slow, so definitely not the result of being busy. Finally received my food at 11:09am.

The manager here is the worse. Number one he never goes in order in the drive through line so people who just arrive will have an order taken right away while others who have been waiting for a while get skipped over. Also I always get an Arnold Palmer and the last time I got one I proceed a large and he gave me a medium. I questioned him and he told me the drink only comes in medium which is not true. It’s tea and lemonade no reason it can’t come in a large. He had given me a large the time before and said he got reprimanded which I believe is a lie. I highly doubt a multibillion dollar company reprimanded him for that plus I have been to several other McDonald’s where I have ordered the same drink and get the actual size I ordered and paid for. All the managers there always seem stressed out and flustered but this one in particular is something else and probably needs a new job.

This place is horrible! Floors are sticky throughout. Their is nobody tending to the counter, only one girl that speaks English to help out the patrons. Something needs to be done here.

Worst McDonald's I have been too. I have gone here many times over the years. Always the worst service. Takes way too long to get food and always forget something. This time I got home opened the bag and I had monopoly pieces. My kids were very excited to peel them and we got none. Last time mixed up drinks. Always slow service and never attentive to the customers.
