  Paid almost $10 for a drink that they refused to fill all the way up. Apparently everything is portioned by the computer and this is what I was stuck with. Employees refused to give me the rest of the drink after I requested they fill the rest of the cup I paid for. I have gotten the same order literally hundreds of times (I’m not addicted, I can stop whenever I want) from tens of Dunkin’s, this is the only location that’s ever refused to give me a full drink. Drink itself was mid. Also the menu changed and there are no descriptions of any of their new drinks, and none of the “usual” drink options are listed anymore. Will not be returning to this location. 0/10.

  Worst place ever ordered food and stuff was missing, terrible management and very very rude staff this place can go to hell they are extremely rude

  Only reason I'll be purchasing from here is if I get a freebie or coupon on the app. The woman who works in the morning is one of the worst workers at this Dunkin shop. Every time I buy the same coffee, and she's there along with the same tall man, my coffee order always tastes bad. All the people who purchase a custom coffee and stop by when those 2 are working, are met with the worst attitude. She's extremely disrespectful to me and my mom. She seems to hate her job. Today, I ordered my custom cookie butter cold brew with 5 pumps and oat milk. Whenever I buy this drink in the evenings it's delicious. But today...worst drink ever...I couldn't taste the cookie butter syrup or the oat milk. I asked the woman at checkout for oatmilk and she stared at me and said the drinks have oatmilk while rudely handing me the receipt....Dunkin fix the terrible attitude and service from morning shift. I'm not the only one who sees this is a problem.

  Went in for first time. Lady was working up front with scowl on her face. No "hi" no acknowledgement, nothing. And the place was empty. No customers. She just did her thing. At first, I was like, that's ok. I wanted to look at what they have to offer. But then, I went to order.... Still just met with silence. After a few awkward minutes, I just left. Guess they don't want customers? Or was it just that I'm Asian? Now I know why they were empty
