  I am a regular user of this dominoes restaurant, and have spent a lot of money there and well not anymore. I ordered 4 large pizzas and they got 2 of the 4 wrong, I tried to call the store and had to keep calling as the phone just rang and rang. When I finally got someone, I talked to the manager about the errors and he said he would have the 2 correct pizzas made and have them delivered, well they've never came, my son waited for them for over a hour. That is total bullshit. They will be hearing from me again.

  Should've read the reviews. Dont expect a company to b in business after those. I had no car, in shop today so I ordered. Been awhile, but Dominoes was good. Burnt smell coming from chicken bites and when I opened I saw why. Pizza was overdone and I don't think they added any extra cheese or extra shredded provolone as well. I called and spoke with manager. He wanted me to drive over and bring burnt chicken or they'd bring me a new order and take the old. I don't have a car. He then said someone will n pick the chicken up. I said I have a picture, do u want me to send it? No. I said well if you don't refund my money I won't be back. He refunded me for the 9.99 chicken bites w/ranch in a grossly oversized box for the sandwich bag portion. Skin was burnt tasting yet mushy. On line delivery was great and the delivery girl was good too. Really sad to see Dominoes failing.

  Ordered through a 3rd party service and this was the sandwitch I received. Absolutely burnt to a crisp, with almost no meat?!?? And it took them longer to deliver because there short staffed. Night shift supervisor just told me to go through 3rd party where I ordered and report the issue there, instead of trying to empathetic about the whole situation, and was the only resolution offered. Refused to give me her name. Terrible customer service
