  When we ordered there was nothing available. Ended up just getting a coffee and donuts. When we placed the order we were told to wait at the second window. When we got there to there were storage racks behind the window. No one acknowledged we were even there. I was confused wondering why nobody took my payment. We sat there for a good 10 minutes before she finally came to the window. Then my coffee was luke warm. It was tasty but I don't know why it seemed like it was brewed earlier and then microwaved. It's also my first experience at any Dunkin donuts. So I don't know about the donuts just being tossed in a paper bag. No nepkins. No wax paper. Just a pile of donuts in a bag. I probably won't be going back. I was so excited to try it. It was sucky service. The donuts tasted great though. So did the coffee. The service was almost like a post apocalyptic atmosphere. Like I should feel lucky there's a restaurant at all.

  Dunkin’ always hits the mark. Pleasantly pleased to stop at a new restaurant in my old hometown and have a great experience

  I stopped in the drive through for coffee with cream. I waited a very long time after ordering and was about to drive away when the employee gave me my coffee, apologized profusely for the wait, and said my coffee was on her and handed me a $5 gift card. I appreciated her kindness and maintaining a good attitude during what was obviously a stressful morning for her.

  Stopped for a pick up , waited for quite sometime with no recognition from any employee. I think the manager was at the register to busy talking to a customer about nothing. Left, worst customer service ever! And the garbage cans were overflowing!

  Went through the drive thru ordered hot black decaffeinated, avocado toast with bacon, and 2 sausage patties 1 egg. Got the first cup of coffee it was cold. They replaced it at the window. Went and parked, looked at my toast, no bacon. Went back thru the drive thru she told me to pull up to the window. When I got up to the window she hastily said she would take the toast they originally gave me back? Im pretty sure it's illegal to pass food back through the window. Gave me the same toast back and just put bacon on it. So the toast and the avocado sauce was very cold when I took a bite. Then I thought what they may have done to the toast when they took it back. Threw it in the garbage. Terrible service!
