No personality, seemed to be disgusted to have to offer any service, and will not take previous owner customer appreciation certificates for cakes and novelties. The small staff 1-3 people working behind the counter have no customer skills and seem to rather carry on with being social with each other over providing customer service. I only go here for the cakes and novelties, but I don’t attend their customer day this year because I will be taking my ice cream business fully to another establishment.

The guy that took our order was very fun and upbeat and checked up on us to make sure we had everything we needed. He was jealous of me and my wife for being both very tall people which made for a fun and pleasant interaction. Definitely will stop back when traveling through Shawano.
