  I had a really disappointing experience tonight. My sister, niece, and I ordered food and sat down to eat at about 9:40pm. We were almost finished when a female employee came over with her mop bucket and said, “Dining room closes at 10pm, so if you could finish and skedaddle on outta here.” I completely understand that restaurants have closing times, and we always respect that. However, the way this was handled felt extremely rude and unprofessional. There are respectful ways to communicate with customers, especially when they’re already wrapping up their meal. We weren’t lingering or causing an issue — we were simply finishing our food. Being told to “skedaddle” while someone stands there with a mop bucket felt unnecessary and disrespectful. Customer service and basic courtesy go a long way. Unfortunately, this experience left a pretty bad impression.

  They treat customers like crap. They don't care about people at all you make a complaint and they ignore you. They don't want to help with an issue. If I could give a negative star review I would.

  Arby’s is always a consistently good experience no matter where you go. The only reason I didn’t give five stars was we stopped planning to get chicken sandwiches and they were out of all chicken menu items for some reason. Not a huge deal supply chain issues happen. Our backup order of fish sandwiches still satisfied our dinner craving.
