The past three times I’ve ordered delivery it has taken more than an HOUR AND A HALF to get my order. Every time I call the store to ask what’s happening, the answer is the same: “We’re swamped and short staffed.” To which I answer “Maybe the owner could hire some more staff.” Then they say “We send out flyers with every order that say we’re hiring.” Of course the poor employee on the phone has no control over anything, so I’ll say it here: DOMINO’S, PAY MORE. If you can’t find enough employees to run your business efficiently, then you are not paying enough! Take that $6 delivery fee AND GIVE IT TO THE STAFF.

However, I’m sure I was charged for each one of those. I definitely know I was charged $.95 for the dipping sauce. And the cheese was probably two dollars at least if not, three.. So that’s 3 to 4 dollars extra that I had to pay. Guess next time I’ll have to check my box before I leave to make sure everything is correct

Got home to find out the pizza was a cheese with a couple pieces of bacon and 2 pieces of sausage and hadn’t even been cut. And instead of the “garlic” bites which are a new menu item, I was given Parmesan garlic bites that had no seasonings on them, it was all stuck to the bottom of the package and was hard. Never had much of a issue with dominos but this was terrible

Never got the normal texts but later checked my emails a couple days later and found that I got an email saying my pizzas are done. Called the store to ask what could be done and he said the manager would contact me which never happened of course so here I am. Hope your staff enjoyed the pizza I paid for and I will be sure to let folks know how you deal with customers. By the looks of bad reviews, things won't change anyways.
