I’m willing to wait 15-20 minutes when I’m craving Taco Bell. The staff typically lets you know about the wait before you order, so you have the option to go elsewhere. They are always polite, hustle their butts off and are apologetic for the wait. Yesterday they checked at both windows about my order and I’m glad they did because the person in front of me left. My food was warm, had a good amount of toppings and sauce and my cantina chicken tacos weren’t crushed. They make take awhile, but they always have good food and service at this location. I was especially happy with the staff that was working last night!
