I do online orders, and when I order the dippers I write a reminder in the notes section to not forget the sauce due to past forgetfulness. Today, a worker named Callie was EXTREMELY rude and defensive when they forgot my sauce, and would not give me any form of compensation. Not even trying to have good customer service. She also responded to my call with "Thank you for calling Eagle Inn!" Know where you're working. This behavior needs to stop.
