The drive-through were absolutely amazing and every time I come to this McDonald’s, my order is Never messed up and just to everyone else that works at this McDonald’s I appreciate all the hard work you Amazing humans do every day and night for people❤️
- ARAbbi ReberApr 4, 20261.0I was in the drive thru for lunch today and ordered 30 chicken nuggets with ranch. They had me park in reserved #1 since it wasn’t quit ready yet. They came and brought me my food and forgot the ranch. So, I went around to get ranch and I asked the girl if I could have ranch for my 30 nuggets and she hands me 3. I asked for two more and the manager shoes her out of the way and says I will bring you some in window 3. I said I just need 2 ranches and he goes I will bring them to window 3. I told him I have already waited and you guys forgot to give them to me. He rudely says well the next order is ready and I told him I just need 2 ranch and he throws a fit, rolls his eyes at me and finally hands me 2 more ranch. Like was it that hard?? I’ve managed for a while now and I would’ve never treated my employees or my customers the way that manger treated us today or that girl in the window.
