- SBStacie BensonOct 15, 20252.0I used the app to order pick up. 1st: The app would not let me sign in so I had to check out as a guest resulting in not getting any reward points. 2nd: We didn't get all the fixings on our sandwiches. Husband ordered meatball sub with gr. pepper, onion, jalapeños and dint get any of those. I didn't get my spinach. Of course you don't know this until you get home and sit down to eat! To top it off, they didn't see that we ordered a box of cookies to. Excuse was the receipt folds over so they can't see everything that's on it! BS that's called not doing your job! Not sure if we'll be back!
