  idiots asked for 4 cheeseburgers, went all the way home to have the wrong order, (20 nuggets), also my son tried to get a job interview, showed up and there was no interviewer. They fries also suck, not crispy at all.

  the manager ethan at river falls mcdons is an absolute gem. i called the mcdonald’s hot line and ethan listen to me vent n cry about the hard time i was going thru n offered to bike to my house to deliver my food when my door dasher bailed on me. he also looked for my sock that i had lost while doing cartwheels in the parking lot (it was on the roof!!) and i didn’t even ask him too. he always brings a smile to my face n i saved that mcdonalds phone number in my phone. i can also count on ethan to be there for me.

  Unprofessional mid teen workers who constantly are loud about how much they hate their jobs behind the counter, dont eat in, the employees are not worth listening to

  Every time I go here everyone is nice to me and makes sure my food gets out really fast. Mason Ellison especially makes me feel at home and is always hard at work.

  They always get my order right and the food always comes out delicious. Probably the best McDonald's location to exist.
