Would appreciate a heads up for estimated delivery times prior to placing an order 1hour from being in town is crazy.

Got it delivered in a blistering 57 minutes.. we live 3 minutes away. My hot sub was cold. My delivery driver was too inept to know how to use google maps. This place absolutely sucks and I wish I could refund my $45 I spent on 2 sandwiches, including a $5 tip. If this is how these college kids “work”, I don’t think they’re graduating.

I recently placed an online order through DoorDash from the River Falls Jimmy John’s. When I opened the sealed bag, I realized part of my order was missing. I understand mistakes happen, but when I called the store, I was told there was nothing they could do.
What disappointed me most wasn’t the missing item, it was how quickly the concern was dismissed. I wasn’t looking to argue, just hoping the team would take note and help ensure a little extra attention is given to orders in the future so this doesn’t happen to other customers.
I hope the River Falls location can improve how these situations are handled. Do better.
