I recently placed an online order through DoorDash from the River Falls Jimmy John’s. When I opened the sealed bag, I realized part of my order was missing. I understand mistakes happen, but when I called the store, I was told there was nothing they could do.
What disappointed me most wasn’t the missing item, it was how quickly the concern was dismissed. I wasn’t looking to argue, just hoping the team would take note and help ensure a little extra attention is given to orders in the future so this doesn’t happen to other customers.
I hope the River Falls location can improve how these situations are handled. Do better.

Sat and waited for online order to come out. 4 ppl on their phones not working while 1 kid cleaned the machine. Then food was ready while time just not put at the pick up area. Sandwich was wrong topping or lack there of.
